My Q50's steering feels heavy all of a sudden (11 อ่าน)

I've had my 2017 Infiniti Q50 for about three years now and it's been a fantastic car overall, really enjoyed the driving experience and the comfort level. But over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that the steering has started to feel noticeably heavier than usual, especially when I'm parking or doing low speed maneuvers where it should be light and easy. It's not like it's impossible to turn or anything dramatic like that, but it definitely requires more effort and it's making me worried that something might be going wrong with the power steering system. I've checked the fluid level and it seems fine, no visible leaks anywhere that I can spot, and the belt looks okay too from what I can tell. The car has about 95,000 kilometers on it and I've kept up with all the regular maintenance, but I've never had any steering issues before so I'm not sure what to expect here. I know these Q50s have that electronic steering system which is different from traditional hydraulic setups, and I've read some things online about potential calibration issues or sensor problems that can cause this kind of symptom. I really don't want to just take it to any random garage because I'm worried they won't understand the specific systems on these cars and might end up causing more problems. A colleague of mine who drives an FX35 mentioned Veteran Infiniti Repair in 800Sayara Abu Dhabi and said they really know their stuff when it comes to these cars, but I wanted to ask around here first. Has anyone else experienced this heavy steering issue on their Q50 and if so, what ended up being the cause and how much did it cost to fix?
