So I've got a bit of an unusual situation with my 2015 Q5 2.0 TFSI and I'm hoping someone can shed some light on what might be going on. Everyone I know with Audi transmission issues seems to have problems when the car is cold, with rough shifts and hesitation that improve as the car warms up. But mine is the complete opposite. When I start the car in the morning and everything is cold, the transmission shifts absolutely perfectly, smooth as butter with no issues at all. But once the car has been driven for about 30 minutes and everything is properly warmed up, the shifts start getting noticeably harsher and there's a slight delay when changing between gears. It's not terrible but it's definitely noticeable, and it's really frustrating because the car feels great at the start of a journey but deteriorates as I drive. I've checked the transmission fluid level and it seems fine, and there are no warning lights or error codes showing up. I'm wondering if this could be a sign of the transmission fluid breaking down when it gets hot, or maybe a valve body issue that's temperature sensitive.
