Vidalista 40 is generally safe for most men when used under the supervision of a healthcare provider. It contains Tadalafil, the same active ingredient found in the FDA-approved drug Cialis, and is used to treat erectile dysfunction by enhancing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. However, like all medications, Vidalista can cause side effects, including headache, muscle pain, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, and dizziness. These are typically mild and temporary.
