ISO 22000 Internal Auditor Trainingis designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with ISO 22000:2018 and the auditing guidelines of ISO 19011. The course covers the requirements of the standard, food safety principles, hazard analysis, prerequisite programs (PRPs), HACCP, risk-based thinking, audit planning and execution, identification of nonconformities, corrective actions, and continual improvement. Through practical exercises and case studies, participants will develop the competence to evaluate the effectiveness of an organization's FSMS, ensure compliance with ISO 22000 requirements, and support the continual improvement of food safety performance.
