I'm looking into HRMS Software for a small business and wanted to know if it's really worth the investment. Right now, we manage attendance, leave requests, employee records, and payroll manually, which is becoming difficult as the team grows.

From what I've researched, a good HRMS can automate daily HR tasks, reduce paperwork, improve data accuracy, and give employees access to their own information through a self-service portal. It also helps HR teams generate reports and manage compliance more efficiently.

One platform that caught my attention is HRTion. It appears to offer a complete HRMS solution with features like employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll, and performance monitoring. I'm planning to compare it with a few other options before making a decision.
