Window film for the coffee shop to prevent break-ins (11 อ่าน)

22 ส.ค. 2569 23:40

The landlords of the coffee shop premises have strictly prohibited the installation of external security shutters, as they detract from the facade of the historic building. Last week, two neighboring businesses in the area were robbed by simply smashing the glass panels on their doors, so I am now looking for alternative ways to protect our property and equipment. Can high-quality security film prevent a quick break-in and withstand several direct blows with a crowbar or a brick? I also wanted to ask if it makes sense to apply additional contrasting circles or stripes so that customers dont accidentally walk right into the transparent doors in the evening?

Without roller shutters, there really isn’t much peace of mind left, but good security film creates a major headache for any burglar. It acts like a tough mesh: after an impact, the glass is covered with a web of cracks but doesn’t fall out of the frame, so it’s simply impossible to sneak inside quickly and quietly. When I was looking for a solution to a similar problem myself, I checked the material properties on https://www.tintfit.com/shop/safety-security , because it clearly categorizes products into impact-resistant glass, blast protection, combined mirror coatings, anti-graffiti layers, and ready-made patterns for transparent doors. This addresses most safety concerns regarding the facade. And have you already installed an alarm system with motion sensors?
