To fix a paper jam, stop the print job and follow the printer’s instructions for opening the access areas. Gently remove the paper in the direction of the paper path, checking for small torn pieces afterward. Reload dry, undamaged paper correctly and make sure the tray is not overloaded before trying to print again.
