Lately, several neighbors and I in the area near the Phutthamonthon Sai 3 intersection (the section connecting to Phetkasem/Borommaratchachonnani) have noticed a situation where unknown individuals are collecting/scavenging items left outside businesses and homes late at night. These items primarily include cardboard boxes, pallets, or even small construction materials. While these are not high-value assets, this situation is causing general concern about public order and security.

I would like to ask the Nong Khaem Police Station for any recommendations regarding the reporting procedure for these types of "scavenging" incidents. What information should we record (license plates, time, person description) and which phone number/online channel should we use to contact the authorities so they can patrol and prevent this in a timely manner, before it escalates into larger theft cases?
